At shraweta boutique, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Return\ Exchange policy:


The order is received from the delivery man without opening it
But don't worry, you are not committed to your order. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Provided thatĀ all original tags, packaging and accessories are included.
The product contains no perfume, makeup stains, damage or signs of wear.
Shrawita Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • we transfer the money through instapay, any mobile wallet, or bank accounts as soon as we receive the package. refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
  • customers can exchange each item only onceā€”once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

Shraweta boutique covers shipping fees only if the order error was caused by us.

Max number of items per order :
any order will not include more than 3 items , so if you have ordered more than 3 items we will send you several orders for example ( if you ordered 5 items we will send you 2 orders , if you ordered 7 items we will send you 3 orders ) each order will have a separate delivery fees & time .
